I just saw that Martha Stewart's show on Monday is going to cover the
World Championship of BBQ, and will have some recipes from it on the 
show.

As I expect that there will be chiles involved (Martha does like chiles,
bless her), I thought I'd pass this on so that some might set their VCRs
to catch the show.

Byron, you don't have to watch.  :-)
