I checked out El Yuc's homepage. They say there are different ingredients in red and green thus a bit different flavor. Garlic in the green; tomatoes in the red etc. Hotness is about the same; the Mayan sauce is their hottest. Think I'll stock up on some of each. SandyO CH #1146, of the moderate persuasion but maybe there's hope yet.
