Tomorrow, July 14, the Orange County Fair in Costa Mesa, California
begins.

And why do I mention this, you may ask.

This year the Fair is dedicated to the Chile Pepper!!!!

Hot, Hot, Hot.....We're Spicing It Up.

If you want to see what they are doing,  go to this web site.   There
will be salsa  all over the placy, and salsa dancing.
The OC firefighters will be making 5-alarm chilis for a cook-off.

They will have a special Orange County Fair Tabasco Sauce for sale.
