I swear this isn't just shameless promotion! Moondance Marinade can be used on all types of meats, poultry, etc...but my favorite (I am mainly a vegetarian) is Tuna and Salmon. The soy base of the product really gives it that oriental feel... just my humble opinion but also my happiness when I found out how good it was on Tuna! Janis
