[CH] Pequin salsa festival

For folks in TX (Austin in particular),
The Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center is holding a native pepper festival
tomorrow, Saturday. In addition to speakers, music and whatnot, they're
having a pequin salsa contest -- the salsa has to include pequins (or at
least "wave them over the bowl" as their flyer says). I'm thinking of
entering a grapefruit/onion salsa. Okay, I know it's weird but I wanted to
try it.
If it works (NOT if I win), I'll post the recipe.
