Recently picked up a new hot sauce (for us) in NC. It is Holy City Heat made
w/Charleston peppers. It has a nice flavor, quite mild. Ingredients include
sweet potatoes and pineapple.

On our recent trip to BC (as in Doug's world) we picked up Acid Rain by the
Hatari Brothers of Calgary Canada. Seriously tasty, hot and well balanced
burn. Made of Habanaros, piquins, Ring of Fire, Peri-Peri, Tepins,
Jalapenos, Garlic, Ginger, spices, lemon, lime, and orange juices and
vinegar. REALLY gooooood. We highly recommend this one! Bottle says they
won 1st Place at the 2000 Fiery Food Challenge.

Found another really interesting large bottle of Zulu Fire Sauce (a taste of
Africa Ukuva, Cape Town, South Africa) It is a 490 ml bottle with a wire
decorated neck with beads. Kinda fun and an excellent taste. Ingredients
include chillies, sweet potatoes, vinegar, carrots, etc. I think this will
be great to marinade meats for grilling. There were several other varieties
from this company.
