FYI, at NCSU there is a study using dishsoap. They have found that dishsoap
can inactivate (kill) the TMV virus.

The study is for min. applications and precise timing to reduce cost of
applications.

At the moment the study is being done on tobacco crop, but chiles are in the
same plant family so it should do the same for chiles.
