Much snippage but probably not enough fer all.
Tip Sukkijakiman here in Coffs has a small place called Tip's Thai
(Original name Eh..) 
and she made me a Jungle soup which was spicy (and damm hot) and sans
coconut milk, but had some exotic flavours, (made with strange herbs
that I had never tasted before). I know Tip, and she has herbs that the
local thai's try to steal from her as she is the only one in Oz that has
them..
