I love Cincinnati style chili... and all that stuff you put on it
...beans...onions...tons and tons of cheese...a little hot sauce when I feel
brave....did I mention tons and tons of cheese?? Man oh man is it good on a
hot dog too. I make a batch, freeze leftovers in small packages that I heat
up for a Saturday afternoon quick lunch of hotdogs w/ chili and chips. It is
a regular request from my family and I have to mail-order the mix direct
from Ohio since we can't get it around here in SC. I am adding this home
made version to next week's menu... thanks!
