Thanks Scott and Cherie for hosting the (Almost) hotluck. It was
great seeing you both again and tasting your inventive hot dishes.

My Chileheads Friends, Scott does have one blatant omission in
his recitation of our diverse menu: Spam Jerky. Yes, he served the
vial stuff. I tasted it; and, dang, if it was right tasty. I guess I'll
just
wander over to the archives, read the Spam thread the I
unceremoniously dumped, and find that recipe...I cut back on the
sugar though. Spam Jerky. Well, I do believe Scott now qualifies
as a Minnesotian. He's sure to win the Annual Spam Cook-off,
that is if the judges can stand the heat.
