Just realized nobody has mentioned this.

Austin (TX) is having a double weeked of hot sauce events this year. This
weekend, 19th & 20th,  is the 4th Texas Fiery Foods Show.
(http://www.texasfieryfoods.com/)  The week after is the Austin Chronicle
Hot Sauce Contest (free sampling of the entries, bands, etc.). Anybody
(out-of-towners especially) planning on being at either?
