Hi Mark, Thought of going vertical, source a turning postcard stand from your friendly newsagent, modify it a bit and have the plants growing out at a slight angle, concrete it into the ground etc.. I have seen it done with herbs, the actual unit had a top watering system built in..<G> My suggestion would be a Cayenne type.. Luke S. also in Oz
