[CH] Rocoto Seed Germination

Hello Again, Everybody!  As you may recall, I found some Rocoto Manzano
Peppers in a local supermarket earlier in the summer.  Well, I saved all
the seeds, but I am having a TERRIBLE time trying to get them to germinate.
I have tried several different techniques, including keeping them moist
inside damp paper towels, but nothing seems to work.  Does anybody have a
suggestion for this?  Right now, this "project" seems a lot more trouble
than it is worth.  Thanks in advance for any advice that you may provide.
