i understood that he was just selling a packet that he bought at
wal-mart, or whereever...don't see that this would be illegal...

did you notice that the same guy is selling "rare" tepin and chocolate
hab seeds?...and a 14.4. modem?...

(he's asking 99 cents for the modem -- no takers so far)...
