Pepper magazine, any subscription info, web site etc. that you could pass

Hi all...I've been lurking too much but it's due to no time at all until
after this silly chili cookoff...what was I thinking...it's still HOT in
Texas...but anyway we are hosting a contest next Sat. (23rd) for the Sam
Rayburn House and I am in charge...we have several teams, but I live in fear
that we will run out of chili...soooooooooo
I'm making some that won't be for judging, just eating if needed...but would
love to make it unusual...or yummy...
Would you all share your favorite or most unusual recipe and I'll see what I
come up with! Also have any of you seen the magazine "Chili Pepper"
published in Fort Worth, TX...pretty cool...lots of ads but recipes and HOT
information. (I'm probably out of sync on this and everyone else knows about
it...but just found my first copy on a news stand).
