Hi

Here are ideas that were sent to me for the October 21, 2PM Food Network
Hotluck from NJ:

1. Twister [TM!], obviously...

2. Try presenting six or more quick ideas around each
topic in a how-to's with chiles presentation in one or
  more 4-5 minute segments:

  Themes --
  - planting
  - harvesting
  - storing
  - preparation
  - cooking don't do's
  - cooking do's
  - recipes (eg stuff your own olives -- easy, quick, not complicated,
"Oh, I never thought of that..." , "I'm not a good cook..."
    kinds of recipes)
  - url's
(how much time do we have on the show?)

3. Webcast (great idea, but who would pay for this?)

4. How about a salsa contest. Lay out 20 or so different items chiles,
tomato onion, mango etc.) and have selected contestants each pick 4 or 5
and make a salsa. Allow them to use any vinegar, oil or other liquid they
want. Then have a taste test. Everybody who wants to participate bring
all the ingredients and utensils they will need. Who would supply a
winning prize?
*******
Any favorites here? Any more ideas?

Thanks in advance
