[CH] Chile and tofu

was gioven a hint by a Thai:

Apparently, if you steep pressed tofu in sake and then add (once 
pre-fried), to a vegeatable stir fry, it was great.  However, the addition 
of a trio of diced habs to thesake- 12 hours before use- nicely infuses the 
sake and tofu will that yearning burn that we all love so well.  Must do 
this dish again.
