I have to third this on Penzeys. The order I received from them was just 
brilliant. The scent of their herbs is wonderful, so fresh, although their 
"hot" chile powder was not up to my standard. <g> It was rich enough, 
however, to add successfully to chili while I added chiles for heat. They 
have a great deal on cumin, which I tend to use a lot of. And, their tarragon 
smelled so fresh!
