Hi Michelle,

Hi Vince from Ohio,

Can I add my voice to Michelle's request for your recipe for Blackerry Hab Jam please? The hedgerows around our garden are loaded with blackberries from mid-July until mid-October, and this year I've made blackberry jelly, blackberry brandy, blackberry chutney, blackberry juice, and blackberry wine. Blackberry Hab jam sounds great ............ Hmmm... I feel another blackberry picking session coming on.........

Chillygilly.

Aside from meeting lots of really great people, putting faces with names
and picking plenty of peppers, we all did a lot of sampling. One item
that was excellent was "Vince from Ohio"'s blackberry habanero jam. Now
I'm in the mood to make some jam or jelly.

Vince, would you be willing to share your recipe or a basic recipe that
could use another fruit? I'm not sure I can find a gallon of
blackberries.

Also, thanks to Jim for all his hospitality, including a place to sleep,
for his gift box and peppers, CaJohn for his bag of goodies, and
everyone else that offered gifts, including the sweet potato habanero
mixture.

Cameron, say hi to Gavin for me.

Michelle in KC...a week later, finally back to business....
