[CH] Jalapeno/Bell

......I just saw a news brief in this months issue of Self magazine. 
They said that Texas A&M is working on developing a bell pepper that 
has the heat of a Jalapeno.  It stated that it is due to the 
population wanting hotter food.

First, bland Jalapenos now hot bells.........
