I wish I had such problems!
Smoke 'em! Chipotlify 'em! Mesquite 'em 'til their red turns to a shade
more like cherry-finished mahogany, and they're dried and light as a
feather!

Also, Item 2: I STILL can't find my uncle's "Chiles en escabeche" recipe
/ instructions.

3) But I *did* get my griddle back from Breadmeister JimC, who took good
care of it.

4) Harvest-wise, we got little, IF ANY, frost up here in NW Indiana
USA.  today it reached 78F / 26 C.  Perhaps JimC will return from
vacation and find The Fields require more harvesting . . .
