Hi, My hot lemon pods have been bright yellow for several weeks. There is not the least sign they ever intend to turn red. Is it ok to collect the seeds now (for next year' s seedlings), or will they ripen off red some day, and should I wait for that for better seed quality? Thanks, Ingrid
