[CH] Custard's LAST Stand!

Well, Art, et al.....Coupla years ago when I found out that I was not
only somewhat diabetic,
but lactose intolerant as well, any custard made it's last appearance,
unfortunately, on our table....I can still taste my very late mother's
custard pie, which was right out of England! I did not even keep the
recipe, alas. But given the right bunch of folk to feed it to, I am sure
that I could come up with something......Rael, you try it, you aint got
nuthin else to do now that winter has set in, in the North Woods, cept
study. Hmmmm.....Twister al a chile custard? Cheers, Doug Irvine in
