Peri Peri Sauce from Nando's is pretty good! It comes in hot or VERY HOT! We have the good fortune to live across the street from a Nandos restaurant. However I dont know about recipes.... it comes from the peri-peri chile and is supposedly from Portugal via South Africa. They do have a site at http://www.nandos.co.uk/flashmail.cfm.
