I found this in the Bremen daily Weserkurier, 10/17/00:

The spicy
>dinner which sickened four men last tuesday at the Club zu Bremen (in the
basement of the Chamber of Commerce building, once erected by the im- and
exporters guild, aka "pepper sacks"; IR) was in
>reallity only spicy hot but not spoiled. As stated the emergency doctor was
>called because the dinner caused circulatory problems and sweats as well as
>vomitting in one or two men. Testing of the meal revealed a substance known
>as Capsaicin as the culprit. Capsaicin is what makes peppers so spicy.
That
>day in the Club zu Bremen mini-peppers from Holland were served
>as a side dish. These mini-peppers were found to contain an especially high
>amount of this substance.

Bremen is amused that this had to happen in the historic "canteen of the
spice dealers".
No ,they do not have any more of those Dutch mini-peppers. Does anyone know
what exactly they are?
