I went and pulled a few yellow sauces from the store shelves. Spicy 
Chesapeake Seafood Hot Sauce is yellow. It has Dijon mustard seed. Ultimate 
Burn has mango puree and sweet potatoes. (I'm only listing ingredients that 
would be yellowish.) Sgt. Peppers Chipotle De Sol has mustard (water, 
vinegar, mustard seed, turmeric, paprika).

As for corn, Mountain Man Roasted Corn, Garlic and Chipotle is an 
orange-red sauce. It contains roasted garlic, molasses, apple cider 
vinegar, roasted corn, Chipotle Chiles, onion, tomato & sea salt. (It's 
also very yummy!)
