I picked up a bottle of Búfalo Chipotle, Mexican Hot Sauce. It's distributed in the States by Herdez, whose canned chipotles I've used before. The label says "Very Hot". It sneaks up on you, though it's not terribly hot. Great flavor. I'm having some on my grilled chicken breasts tonight! -- ´´ Mark McHugh Sapere aude!
