All I could come with a web search was a very brief description of the
Hausteco pepper from The Fragrant Garden seed web site in Australia
which is owned by list member Michael Bailes.

Hausteco: dark green to red
          Small 66cm, (30inches).
          Plant bears lots of long blunt-shaped peppers.
          Serrano type.
          80 days.
