[CH] Fermented hab sauce

Tara,
I've been making (and selling) a fermented habanero sauce over here in
the Shaky Isles for some years now and I use  20lt home brew kit barrels
with  air locks on them. Cost about NZ$20, say A$15 or US$0.05 at
present rates of exchange.
