Along these lines I saw an interesting proposal to knockout the gene in
coffee responsible for caffeine. Presumably this wouldn't alter the taste
as the current methods, such as solvent extraction, do. So the taste of
DeCaf would at least improve. This isn't adding a 'foreign' gene but
eliminating a natural one, although I expect the distinction to be lost on
some.

Sounds good to me. Hot Bells! GM posts do seem to arouse emotions learned
at one's mother's breast.
