You must remember though, that the wholesalers are only reacting to the demands of the consumer. If consumers did not demand uniformity, the wholesalers (of which I was one for a season or two) would not provide it. I would have been MUCH, MUCH happier to just go along and pick 'field run' grade chiles, rather than have to sort them for size and color and shape. -Jim C Mild to Wild
