[CH] Chile mugs, beware!

I bought four great mugs at the grocery outlet two days ago. Handles were
bright red chiles,a nd there were bright red chiles in a raised area on the
mug. Put them through the dishwasher, and 80% of the red washed
off. They're from Thailand, and the bottoms of the mugs do not say
dishwasher safe, but I thought everything was now dishwasher safe. It
isn't. If you buy these mugs, don't put them in the dishwasher. Margaret L
