Hey Chile-heads

At the risk of being totally off topic.
Yet at the same time in reply in list
so to speak.
As another off topic poster to this
list once said.
( I f I remember right she got kicked off
for being off topic too many times. )
Aii Maria!!
" The secret ingredient in coke is tamarind. "
So I told her, " maybe so, but coke had coke
in it and that was the secret to my mind. "
These thoughts pepper my mind.... with little
or no heat I do admit, having taken place so
long ago.
My recollection drifts.
Who was that masked man?
And why was he wearing black socks?

The seed catalogs are starting to drift in
through the door with the snow.
I've so many dried that's and Hindu's from last year's garden
I don't believe I should do them again this year.
I can get hab's at the farmer's market.
Ancho's and pasilla's and such at the stores all year round.
Fresno's and serrano's....... all the rest.
And this friend of mine
sends me all these wonderful hot sauces
that she finds in Hoboken. Don't believe it?
Its true.
What to do, what to do.
Maybe fatalii's or yellow aji to start.
Any suggestions?
I'm looking for flavor, heat I can get.
