La Costeņa is my current favorite.  This last weekend I put a can
of them in the food processor, turned it into a paste, and added
a little vinegar and bottled it.  I've been pouring it on everything!

I even tried popcorn:
put oil in pan
add some chipotle pureé
add popcorn
Turn on high, and when popping begins, shake the pot over the burner
until popping is over.  Beware of fumes, etc.

Makes nice hot chipotle popcorn - I think this will be my superbowl
snack this year.
