MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Seafood Casserole
 Categories:
      Yield: 6 Servings

      1 c  Small cooked shrimp
      1 c  Crab meat
      1 c  Bread crumbs
      1 c  Light cream
    3/4 c  Mayonnaise (up to 1)
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
      6    Hard boiled eggs; rubbed
           .. through sieve
      1 tb Chopped parsley
    1/4 ts Cayenned
      1 tb Grated onion
           Bread crumbs for topping
           Paprika for sprinkling

  Soften bread crumbs in light cream.

  Preheat oven to 350°.

  Combine ingredients; pour into casserole. Top with
  crumbs; sprinkle with paprika and bake until
  heated through, about 20 minutes.

  Makes 6 servings.

      Title: New Orleans Shrimp
 Categories:
      Yield: 6 Servings

      4 c  Water
      1    Clove garlic; crushed
           Salt and pepper to taste
      1 sm Bay leaf
      4    Stalks celery; finely
           .. chopped
      1 lb Medium shrimp; cleaned
      4    Scallions; finely chopped
      2 tb Olive oil
    1/4 c  Lemon or lime juice
    1/4 c  Chili sauce
    1/4 c  Ketchup
      1 tb Freshly grated horseradish
      1 tb Prepared mustard
      1 ts Paprika
           Pinch cayenne pepper

  Bring water to boil. Add garlic, salt, pepper, bay
  leaf, celery, shrimp, and half the scallions.
  Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Drain; remove the bay
  leaf. Place shrimp mixture in a bowl and let cool.
  Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl;
  mix well. Pour over shrimp and mix until well
  blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve
  shrimp and sauce in glass bowl placed in bowl of
  cracked ice. Serve with toothpicks.

      Title: Spicy Apricot Chicken Wings
 Categories:
      Yield: 8 Servings

      2 lb Chicken wings; tips removed
           .. and disjointed

MMMMM--------------------------MARINADE----------------
      1 c  Apricot preserves
      2 tb Cider vinegar
      1 ts To 2 hot sauce
      1 ts Chili powder
      1    Clove garlic; minced

  Combine marinade ingredients.

  Place chicken wings and 1/2 cup marinade in a
  ziploc bag and marinte overnight in the fridge.
  Refrigerate remaining marinade.

  Preheat oven to 400°.

  Bake wings 30 minutes on a foil lined cookie
  sheet, brushing with marinade occasionally. Serve
  with reserved sauce.

  Makes 8-10 servings.
