I love the stuff; I've made it from Jim's peppers for three years.  Try 
adding it in small amounts to things like bbq sauces, anything with tomato, 
mustard/mayo sandwich sauces, Asian soups, any type of red enchilada sauce 
....

At the most recent hotluck in Madison, I mixed it 50/50 with honey and 
grilled it on chicken wings.  They made my ears ring.
