[CH] reflowering chili plants

hi all
i'm new at this having never grown chillli pants before.

is it normal for chilli plants to have a second fruiting in a season?

i bought 6 small plants from a nursery on sale about two months ago. they
had green pods on them at the time which have since ripened.

last week i noticed one of the plants had a new flower on it, now they all
have several.
can i expect another crop from these flowers? (woohoo)
there's still another month of summer here and autumn is fairly mild, if a
little wet.
is there anything i can do to help the plants?
