Maybe you can remember your younger days when they had a teaspoon.  It was a
spoon, with a hinged cover, a snap latch  and holes in the spoon and the
cover.  It was orginaly made for using bulk tea.  Bet your mom had one..

Hi guys,
    I need a source for small (cotton?) bags. Like the bags used for tobacco
in old-fashioned
"roll-your-own" cigarettes. I need something like this for chiles to drop
into my soups, stews, whisky, etc., to infuse the flavor of chiles. Ideas
please.
