I was happy with Eat the Heat. Our segment was good. They cut my 1-1/2 hours
of kitchen time to 45 seconds but at least they showed all my cabinets and
all the chiles stocked away. Doug got some good airtime, as did Jim
Campbell. I was happy.

I'll email Karen Zanger personally and give her my thoughts.

Good going to all the other chile-heads who made it onto the show. Plus I
learned a lot from watching the show. Didn't think that would happen.
