Greetings,

Yup, the bottle neck is wrapped in what looks like silver painted
leather cords it, with a crown of multi-coloured beads over the cork. I
am still trying to think of an event worthy of popping the cork. First
wedding anniversary (September 25th)? 50th Birthday (seven years
away!)? Midnight munchies...?

Honorary Black man, eh?
I do loves me some ribs (<=imaginary Southern accent, I am from Chicago originally)!
However, my similarly "melanin challenged" spouse was held to a higher standard.
None may be accepted into this Freeman family without passing the
"Chitlin' Test".
Alas, mine remains a "mixed marriage".

So, back to topic, can anyone recommend a flavorful hot sauce that will
not injure my more mundanely palated spouse?
