My thinking is that if all there was to it was picking up a bottle of
Tobasco at a restaurant I'd never be a CH.  Tabasco's ok in a pinch, but
epiphany it's not.  Fresh chile, roasted chiles, chili ('n beans with
tomatoes if you will!!!), salsa, Pico de Gallo, soups and sauces.  These
inspire.  These motivate.  These enlighten.
