That's if you're talking about chains like Taco Bell or Chili's or 
McDonalds with their spicy whatever they're selling this week. 
However, there is heat in New Mexico and the southwest. We have 
Mexican restaurants in Nevada that, (believe it or not) cater to 
Mexicans! The food is excellent, and you can "Eat the Heat".
