[CH] SoCal Hotluck - beer's in the carboy!

I finished cooking the beer for the SoCal (San Diego) hotluck last night,
will charge it with yeast tonight. The recipe:

3 lbs. light dried malt extract
3 lbs. dark dried malt extract
1 lb. honey (sorry Helen, but I figured you're not going to be here!)
1/2 oz. Hollertauer hops for bittering
12 chipotles
1 smoked dried habanero
1 oz. Tettnanger hops for finishing

A simple recipe, but should prove interesting!
