Hi C-H's,

I noticed, and Brent Thompson also pointed this out, that I used the
terms "Nightshade" and "Solanaceae" in a confusing way. In fact they
are both the same family. The reasons I did this were that I believe
that the ground cherry (Chinese lantern) is poisonous, whereas the
Cape gooseberry (title) is not. So I used the two terms in
association with their properties and may have confused you.
Interestingly, tobacco is also in the Solanaceae family, which
explains the susceptibility of chile peppers to tobacco mosaic virus
(TMV).
