Just a brief..but sincere...plug for Chip Welsh's new salsas. What great complex flavors and just the right serrano bite for my tongue of the moderate persuasion! Lots of garlic, nice identifiable pieces of onions and tomato. I've never met Chip, am not connected with the business in any way but I do love to eat! SandyO
