Visited my brother in Manhattan, KS (home of the K-State
Wildcats!) and ate at a restaurant in Aggieville (several
blocks of restaurants and bars just off campus) called
Coco Bolas.  The food was excellent.  For any CH who
gets out that way, try the Baja Shrimp and Chicken Wrap.
It was a huge red chile tortilla filled with smoked shrimp,
wood roasted chicken, rice and ancho chile aeoli (sp?).
It came with a jalapeno ranch sauce that was truly fantastic,
my wife ordered some extra to use as a salad dressing.
