Almost the entire remainder of the English speaking world.

By a long shot. However the inhabitants of those damp little islands 
had a profound effect upon the use and spelling of English around the 
globe. In the US, modifications to simplify spelling have met more 
acceptance than modifications to mathematics, such as an attempt to 
round off "pi" to 3!
[Note that since I am a US resident I normally use the local language 
variants but stick to the "Old Math".]
