[CH] Leaf problem

Greetings,

Some of our store bought sweet peppers have curly, somewhat withered
looking leaves.  Kind of curled.  The color is good and the leaves are
firm and appear otherwise healthy, except they're smaller than normal.

Any clues or advice?  Is this enough to go on or should I put up a
photo?
