Last summer we were up in BC and bought a very expensive bottle of hot sauce,
called Zulu Fire Sauce 16.6 oz bottle. Canadian $15 if I remember correctly.
Well, we fell in love with it!!! I mean crazed for this stuff. Zulu is
wonderful for grilling beef and poultry. It's a blend of chiles, carrots,
sweet potatoes, etc. It's a real fixer up for a quick stir fry. Oh my it's
awesome stuff.

Then Risa mentioned Tavolo going out of business sale and we hopped on and
bought a couple of others Malawi Gold which is a blend of chiles, garlic,
onions, carrots, etc. and is heaven with pork and chicken and great in pasta.
Also bought, Xhosa Umsobo Iyababa which is a purple heat blend of chiles,
beets, cabbage, garlic, cilantro, etc. It is awesome in risottos and with
seafood. Great in scrambled eggs!

Now we have just acquired Swazi Mamma Mamba which is a blend of chiles,
peppers, white sweet potatoes and spices. This is exceptional on seafood,
and mixed with mayo for an outstanding sandwich spread.

All these are fabulous as marinades either mixed with a little white wine or
yogurt. The packaging is such a kick with wire wrapped necks w/beads.

Now here is the find of the week. I was just in Cost Plus and they have them
on sale for $7.98 a bottle. (16.6oz.) That's a deal and I know who all is
getting these for Father's Day, etc.
