I have found mangos, nectarines, and apricots awesome with chiles, even 
cranberries and apples.  I use the dried fruits sometimes for a more intense 
flavor or mix fresh and dried, some red onion chopped, lime juice and your 
favorite chopped chiles in the proportion to your desired heat level :-)
